Instructions
Pesto instructions
  1. Add walnuts, pine nuts, and garlic into a food processor about 15 seconds. Then add basil leaves, salt, and pepper.
  2. With the processor running slowly pour the olive oil into the bowl through the feed tube and process until the pesto is thoroughly pureed.
  3. Add the Parmesan and puree for a minute. Store in a air tight container and put in fridge until used
Ingredients
  1. Thaw the shrimp in cold water and then peel and devein them. Set aside.
  2. In a pan on medium heat add the butter and garlic. Once melted add the shrimp and mrs. dash. Cook for about 5 minutes or until pink. Remove from pan and set aside
  3. Cook linguine in boiling water until done. Drain and set aside
  4. In same pan place tomatoes, olives, shrimp, linguine, and half the pesto cook for 5 minutes then add the spinach, feta, and add additional pesto is desired. Cook 2 minutes. . Then serve.
