Instructions
  1. Preheat the broiler. Line a broiler-pan rack with foil. In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, water, oil, thyme, salt and garlic powder. Add the mushrooms and toss gently to coat.
  2. Arrange in a single layer on the rack and broil 3’’ from the heat for 2 minutes. Turn and broil for2 more minutes longer, or until golden.
