Are you ready to learn how to increase your energy and vitality while improving your sleep, memory and even your weight?

The Clean Eats 15-Day Mindset Challenge will help you do just that!  Each day you will be sent an email with a task  to complete.  Don’t worry, the tasks are simple.  They don’t take up much time and they don’t cost hardly anything.  But, when you continue to work on the tasks (like drinking an extra 8-16 ounces of water), your body will begin to start the repair process.  Believe it or not, you WILL begin to notice some changes within a few days.  You might sleep a little better.  You might have more energy.  You may be able to think a little more clearly.  Everyone experiences different kinds of small changes. 

Small Bites:

When you start downloading the various written documents that accompany the course, you might want to get a three-ring binder and create a reference library.  You will then have lots of tips right at your finger tips.  They are your helpful reminders.  Choose the ones you want to work on first and put them in the front.   Then little by little, in your own time (but hopefully before the end of 30 days MAX), work on the next one in the book.  Repeat.  Did you just print something from the internet (preferably backed by science), add it to the binder.  Let this become part of your healthy lifestyle plan.

She is finalizing her newest program, “RESTORE Your Immune System.”  This program explains why people are struggling to stay healthy and the steps they can take to balance and restore the body back to its natural homeostasis.
