Instructions
  1. Gently wash the kale and put into salad spinner, or dry with a towel. Hold the thick end of the stem with one hand and run the pinched fingers of your other hand along the stem, stripping the leaf away from the stem. Tear the leaves in half.
  2. Drizzle a little olive oil over each piece and use your fingers to spread the oil around on each side of each leaf making sure to get all edges. Place each leaf onto a cookie sheet in one layer. After washing the oil off your hands, sprinkle with some course sea salt.
  3. Place the cookie sheet into the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until crisp. Keep an eye on them so they don't burn.
