Instructions
  1. In a airtight container, combine the oats, wheat flakes, barley flakes, rye flakes, raisins, flaxseeds, and sesame seeds. Store in the freezer until ready to use.
  2. To cook: For 1 serving, bring 1 cup water to boil in a small saucepan. Add a pinch of salt. Add 1/3 cup of the cereal, cover, and cook, stirring occasionally for 25 minutes, or until thickened and creamy.
  3. Note: For 4 servings, use 3 cups water, ¼ teaspoon salt, and 1 ½ cups cereal. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
