Refund Policy
The purchase price of service includes access to the following:

- document downloads and content
- direct support
The service that is provided by One Degree Forward is essentially non-tangible services and digital goods and as such, does not generally require a refund once the initial purchase is made.
One Degree Forward will offer a refund within 30 days if you are unable to access content as a result of failure from the site to perform its basic functions as designed, AND you have worked with ODF to resolve any technical issues.
If you find that the content has not met your expectations within the 30 days, ODF will consider granting a refund at our discretion. Depending upon the content, service and circumstance, a partial refund may be deemed appropriate and necessary. No refunds will be granted after 30 days of purchase.
For purchases made for tangible products and goods, a refund will be granted if we are contacted within 15 days of purchase date, you have proof of sale, and the product has not been used and is in its original packaging. There are no refunds for shipping costs to the buyer. Refunds will be issued within 10 days once the item has been received and is found to be in resale condition. No refund will be granted after 15 days of purchase unless we hear from you within that period of time.
