How will you ever know when you have gotten to your destination if you don’t know where you are going?

I want you to take a moment and think about your present lifestyle.  What seems to be working and what isn’t?  Are there people in your life who drain you?  Have you made any major life transitions (who hasn’t with the COVID situation) that can impact your goal setting?  What can you learn from these challenges and how can you tweak them to work for you instead of against you?

By answering the questions below you will gain more insight into questions like these.  You can always come back to them and make any changes needed as you continue to design your healthy lifestyle plan.  The main idea is for you to “brain dump” without giving a lot of thought to each question.  This helps you get the main ideas or concepts down in black and white for you to spend more time on later if needed.
