Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400o F. Coat a nonstick baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, toss the chickpeas with the oil, cumin, coriander, red pepper, and black pepper. Place the chickpeas in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
