Instructions
  1. In a 2-cup measuring cup, whisk together the cocoa powder, sugar and vinaigrette.
  2. In a separate large bowl, tear the spinach into bite-size pieces. Add the mangos, cranberries and toasted almonds. Toss to mix. Either drizzle vinaigrette over top and mix or allow guests to add it to their salads.
