During my 30 Days of Gratitude challenge, I’ve shared a number of things you can listen to, read and do to help you appreciate many things that life has already given you. Your bi-weekly paycheck, the steady rainfall that watered the lawn, electricity that provides juice for our internet pleasure or simply your health– these are just a few things you might take for granted daily. Yes, they are rather small things that don’t add up to winning the lottery,...Read More »
Gratitude—in my last blog, I mentioned that creating a mindset of gratitude is not something that comes naturally for most people. It’s something that is learned and practiced daily. Gratitude or appreciation of what we already have is necessary to attract the things we want. Every day when you wake up, practice the concept of being thankful. Just like brushing your teeth every morning, set aside just a moment to consider the things that make you smile—right then—right...Read More »
Gratitude is something so many of us overlook in our normal every day lives. Why is this such a difficult thing for us to incorporate into each morning? Perhaps we’re waiting for our brain’s to rebut upon waking, or we’re rushed to get out the door, or we just haven’t thought to create a habit around something that takes only 1 minute to do. I hired Cathy to redesign my office space to enhance the functionality and create a space that I want to work in. Change in any form is never easy, but Cathy listens to your needs and makes recommendations in a gentle and supportive manner. Her focus is to understand how you need your space to function, so that the outcome is both aesthetically pleasing and feels natural based on how you personally process information. Thank you Cathy!

Mostly I’m thankful to Cathy Dick, for helping me a lot with previous decision making and daily planning. She has helped me put into practice a mind-set to be something that I wish to accomplish by the end of each day to the end of the year– focus on that, and make sure I do things in terms of preparing myself mentally and physically before I start. She has a lot of great resources that she shares freely too. You can trust her to do what she says she’ll do.

I feel fortunate enough to have participated in one of Cathy’s Teleclasses and purchased her ADD Parental Strategies program. I really needed my husband to understand more about ADD so we could help our son better. The program dove into who we are as people and showed us the importance of communication between us in order to communicate more effectively with our son. I’d recommend this program to everyone, whether they have ADD kids or not. It’s a real eye opener! Thanks.
