I was chatting with a neighbor last week and asked why I didn’t see her at our annual neighborhood ornament exchange. She told me that she was trying to “push through Christmas” after the passing of her father. My heart went out to her as I am familiar with the thoughts and emotions that she is experiencing. My mother valued Christmas traditions—the old Christmas carols, foods and decorations inside and around the home. I on the other hand, love to bring in a more...Read More »
Gratitude—in my last blog, I mentioned that creating a mindset of gratitude is not something that comes naturally for most people. It’s something that is learned and practiced daily. I feel fortunate enough to have participated in one of Cathy’s Teleclasses and purchased her ADD Parental Strategies program. I really needed my husband to understand more about ADD so we could help our son better. The program dove into who we are as people and showed us the importance of communication between us in order to communicate more effectively with our son. I’d recommend this program to everyone, whether they have ADD kids or not. It’s a real eye opener! Thanks.

I hired Cathy to redesign my office space to enhance the functionality and create a space that I want to work in. Change in any form is never easy, but Cathy listens to your needs and makes recommendations in a gentle and supportive manner. Her focus is to understand how you need your space to function, so that the outcome is both aesthetically pleasing and feels natural based on how you personally process information. Thank you Cathy!
