Social Well Being
When you think of social well being, the first thing that comes to mind is getting out with friends while conversing and enjoying time together. There’s actually a lot more to it than that, however. Relationships of all kinds rely on positive social interaction and acceptance. It’s important to always improve how we communicate our desires and needs, how we obtain support from others, and how grateful we are to our family, friends, neighbors, and community. Who will be there for you no matter what? What things do you do for them that strengthens your friendship? Why do they matter to you? How often do you share what their support/friendship means to you? We’ll help you find the answers to these questions and support you in your efforts to continually improve your relationships with those not-so-easy-to-manage relationships.
